RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for reasons of product quality or missing items from the carrier.

You may inform us via email at info@tamtam.com.vn or by phone at 0867892045.

We will have a department to receive and process the issue. And we will reply, guide you through the contact method you have contacted us.

If we accept to cancel or return the order, we will refund you within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the returned item (excluding holidays, weekends). We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees for the return.

Conditions for returning goods:

To be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • Within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • The goods are still in their original packaging, unused.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made to order and without any manufacturing defects.
  • Promotional items that are close to their expiration date, which we have informed you before placing the order.
  • Unable to prove that the product is defective due to the manufacturer (for example, damaged packaging, crushed, or broken for delivery unit defects) – We encourage customers to record the process of opening the package when receiving the goods (clearly showing all 6 sides of the package, information on the shipping invoice, counting).
  • Improper storage damages the product.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods that do not meet the above return conditions according to our decision. We will reply, guide you through the contact method you have contacted us.

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we propose an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot refund if we do not receive the actual goods or proof of the returned item.
